Codes P0160, P1140, P122

Codes P0160, P1140, P122
My CEL went on ~3 weeks ago. The VAG codes came up as:
P0160 (O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 2 Sensor 2)
P1122 (O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank2-Sensor2 Open)
P1140 (Bank2-Sensor2 Internal Resistance too High).
Does this mean my O2 sensor, Bank 2 Sensor 2 has failed or is there possibly another problem here. If it's the sensor, is it a straightforward DIY fix. Thanks. Trying to save some money lately my S4 has been bleeding me.
