My dad ordered a Deadpedal for his WRX a two weeks back and hasn't gotten a single email from Autospeed regarding his order. Its not a huge purchase but he wasn't received it and thought he was getting ripped off.

He asked me if I ever ordered from them and while I haven't yet...I have heard alot of great things about their level of service on AW. So I was definately surprised to hear about his dealings.

At any rate, the number my dad has seems to be a cell phone and he's left a number of messages and no response. I assured my Dad that he shoudln't have anything to worry about and that he was pretty busy but does anyone have alternate contact information?

I'm sure there's some explanation...I don't think anyone has had problems with Autospeed taking their money and running. You could try contacting Tomasz at Startup racing and see if they could send the pedals and then get reimbursed by autospeed at a later date...or something on those lines...
