Coolant is coming out of the overflow hose almost everytime after driving the car?

Coolant is coming out of the overflow hose almost everytime after driving the car?
Ever since I've install the EFK, and shortly after the upper hose on the radiator came off, my car has been smelling like, and leaking coolant.
The only problem is, I CANT SEE WHERE. I just smell it. And see some on the ground. Just about everytime I drive it will spew a little bit out after the car is turned off.
Could it be because I over filled it a little bit? I'm quite frustrated.

bled coolant, coolant came out right away when pulled hose off lil bit (car not even on) so it didnt
