This would explain some weird issues I have been having with the car, but I really don't want to tear the heads off.... :-/
Time to start looking for 2.8 heads I guess.

A low oil pressure light is the one that tipped me off....
Apparently coolant mixing with the oil will trigger the low oil pressure light. The car has also not been running well in general. Wierd stumbles and timing maps are all over the place.
I have the engine out of the car so I went to take a close look at the block and I am seeing coolant in places that it shouldn't be. Looks like it might be leaking from the gasket. Dang.

Can't do any of it since the engine is out of the car....
And, when I pulled the engine about a month ago, I wasn't thinking about a headgasket leak, just a tranny and turbo rebuild.
But I can actually see a weird coolant trail coming from the headgasket. It doesn't look good. Like I mentioned below, the low oil pressure light also seems to be affected by coolant in the oil, which is what caused me to look at the headgasket in the first place.
I am going to do a timing belt swap here in the next week, so I will post pics of the coolant trail when I get the timing belt covers out of the way.
