They were very rude to me (I went there with my Sedan)
Lodi was their service manager that I dealt with, and I had noises from the turbos (when I wasn't chipped) and he wouldn't hear it.
I talked to the tech that was working on my car and asked him for advice. He told me to take the car to another dealer since he wasn't authorized to over-ride the SM.
Seems from sales to service, they really care about people with deep pockets.
