Data Block 115 Output on chipped car..seems low?

Data Block 115 Output on chipped car..seems low?
Both requested and actual never saw over 1 BAR. One note is that we live over 6000 Feet in altitude. Is the calcuation different? Instead of subtracting 1000 from the mBAR output should I subtract less? .88 BAR is the highest I see...
