Dataloging Question
Wow.. my 2nd Post!
I have an OBDII 'Pocket Logger' from Digiatal Tuning for my Palm M100. I use this device primarily for my DSM (turbo FWD). ITs great I can log, airflow, timing, rpm, o2 etc etc.
I am able to connect and capture data with this OBDII logger connected to my NEW S4!.. The sample rate is only 10 samples per second. But in any regard I did a few runs and logged the 33.66 Lb/Min of Air Flow @ 6300 RPM
O2's showed .86V
Timing Advance = 11-14deg
. This is with a 1Bar (14.7psi) APR Chip. Bi-Pipe, stock exhaust.. I don't have a boost guage yet so I am assuming the car is making and holding boost as the airflow curve is flat accross the RPM band. Are these numbers in line with the type of data you guys are interpolating to Tune?
Thanks!.. I am very happy to find out that my pocket logger will connect to the S4. I just want to make sure i'm looking at these numbers in the right way.

your airflow shouldn't be flat across the rpm band
as the rpm's increase, the engine is going to need more air. We usually log our airflow in g/sec (grams/sec) and here is an example log of a 3rd gear WOT pull of my car
