What does your manual state?
Somewhere in your manual you should have an insert that talks about Audi Advantage and what things it covers. Read it carefully. My understanding is that Audi has changed their policy recently. The only way around that is to point to a clause in the manual that states the brakes ARE covered. If the clause is there, they have to give it to you. Tell them you paid for the service when you bought the car, and it's clearly stated in the terms of Audi Advantage. The dealer will probably need time to escalate the issue, meanwhile you can contact AoA to let them know you have an issue with their policy.
If you find nothing in writing, you lose. Next stop...ebay. Someone posted a link to a pair of front rotors for $140 on ebay. Install them yourself.

My dealer put on new front pads and rotors under warranty.
I went in for an inspection, and when I picked her up, they told me the pads were low and the rotors were worn, so they put new ones on.

Rotors covered ONLY under the Audi Advantage program which is not = to factory warranty. It is also
for the original owner only. Plus AoA issued new service advisory bulletin stating that warped rotors will no longer be replaced due to them replacing so many in the past. If you are original owner, I would argue. If not you are SOL until they wear down past min thickness (which is 2mm of wear). Rebed the pads per the instructions on the StopTech website as this has eliminated my "warped" rotor symptoms in the past!
