Just got a call from my dealer. I was all ready to take delivery of my S4 on Saturday morning but they just got a memo from AoA saying they can't deliver any more S4's until they replace the front pads and rotors. Of course, they don't have the parts yet so they can't tell me when it'll be ready. Bummer!

Oh well, I've been waiting a year and a half so a few more days probably won't kill me!

Anyone who's already taken delivery hear about this yet?

My dealer, VA, says there is no recall. I just called AoA and they said no recall, although I talked to a "Customer Service Rep" who may not be in the know. My dealer says that my car is being held at port and has been for a week. He does not know the reason. I hope he's enjoying the money I gave him...

They told me Tuesday that the S4's hadn't been released, yet, maybe in the next couple of weeks.

Which is the 3rd or 4th outright lie I've had them tell.
