Default Detroit Autoshow

Since the moderators here vehemently delete any non-Audi related images, I've combined these pics. So if this post gets the hack, so do all the Audi pics.

Anyhow, great show, some exciting press events with even more awesome new concepts and models.

Spoke w/ an Audi product development exec who said that the new S4 won't be unveiled for at least another year. Also, rumors of it sporting the 4.2 V8 are just that - rumors. He says a new twin turbo V6 is possible, and definitely his preference as well, for better balance among other things.

The new S6 Avant was definitely very nice, as was the A4 version.

Default Those black lower "bump guards" on the S6 Avant look terrible....

...I can't believe Audi doesn't paint them body color.

Yeah they screwed the pooch on that design cue, looks All Road-ish.

on the doors, yes. But I do prefer the rear bumper with it.

Every time I see the reaview of the new skyline I think "70's 'vette with 2-tone black/silver paint"
