Default diagnostic help needed

I just swapped s-plugs to platins. Left them pre-gapped, applied anti-seize. Now when I go WOT, it stumbles hard (bucking almost) pass 4000rpm on 2nd, 3rd, 4th gears (haven't tried the rest). Any ideas what's happening?

TIA

Default I had a similar problem when I put in the F5DP0Rs in at 40k.

After about a week, I got the same misfiring (initially only at WOT, then later when cruising as well). Per VAG-COM, cylinder 4 was the only one misfiring.

I let the dealer put in stock plugs (since that's called for at the 40k service anyway) and got back the Platins. One of them (presumably the cylinder 4 one) was pretty scorched up and nasty looking. I think I just happened to get a bad plug.

I'm putting the Platins back in soon (minus the one bad plug) so hopefully things will go better this time.

Check with VAG-COM and see which cylinder(s) are misfiring and inspect that/those plugs.

Default Andy, I left my laptop at home today so I can't check it out today but come by my work tomorrow

Check engine light on? Once I vag it for you we'll know which cylinders needs to be adjusted. In the meantime take it easy on the car.
