do all B5 quattro suspension setups from A4's work on our cars?

if they do, any opinions on a Hyperco 380s springs and ECS adjustable Bilsteins?

define work.

i'm sure it'll bolt up. performance might not be what you'd expect. our cars are front heavier than even teh 2.8 quattro.

hmm...well would a Bilstein ECS adjustable and Stassis/Hyperco 380s springs perform well on our car?

I think that people are trying to dissuade you from doing it.

I assume that your decision is based on cost (otherwise, why else would you be considering it?). Because there are plenty of S4 specific suspension packages available at different price points, you really should focus on something that is proven to work on this car. Check the classifieds for something used if money is an issue, or simply save those pennies.
