Does ABT/AMS have a warrenty on there chips if not what chip maker does?

No audi tuners sell supplemental warranty coverage (ala Dinan)

Default I think they'll all warrant the CHIPS against defects...
I doubt any of them will warrant your CAR against damage caused by chipping.

Default I want a warrenty that if the chip goes bad i can get a new one
also if the ECM is bad would they replace that as well or do I have to buy a new one.

AMS/Abt warrantees a chip for as long as you own the car and chip.
