Default not really

the top piston compressed, and simotaniously the bottom came out. now the top moves pretty freely, but the bottom won't move at all.

as i understand it there is a special OE tool to fix this, and I'm curious how it works

The "circled" area is the brake line that prevents using a large C clamp.

I'm f*cked, aren't I?

Default I think you will have to take the caliper off the car to fix this

best of luck. I think once you take it off you should be able to get it to compress. Also, make sure it's not in there crooked, if so you could end up damaging it if you force it.

Default the bolts that hold the caliper to the carrier are stuck...

500f/lb impact wrench couldn't free them.

no room to apply pressure via a breaker bar, esp on the top
