Does anyone have a pic or description of the RS4 tranny mounts installed?
Specifically, they are very different than the stockers I just pulled off. I have the new hardware for them as well from Pure MS. I was thinking it would be (from top to bottom)
Supplied Bolt
OEM washer
Tranny mount bracket
tranny mount
domed supplied "giant washer"
Nut
all locktighted
But the visual difference between the new RS4's and the S4 OEM's is very large. There is no "metal cup" attached to the bottom of the RS4's like there is on the stockers. Could someone please clue me in on wheter I have it right or wrong.

Engine is out of the car and I am doing a complete driveline upgrade.
Including
JHM Short Shifter
JHM Derling Bushing
RS4 Motor Mounts
RS4 Tranny Mounts
Stern Differential Power Ring
APR Snub (Switching from VAST Snub)
My car sucked. Every shift was terrible. My 93' Saturn w/200k has a better feeling gearbox than my S4 did. I had a TON of slop, the engine would torque around like a rodeo, my differential would bang and this was all under stock power. My motor mounts also had the red stains of a leak. Time for changes.

Sounds like you have the orientation right, here is a link to some info.
As far as I know RS4 tranny mounts are the same as the 2.8 rubber tranny mounts(or any other rubber tranny mounted/non fluid tranny mounted Audi/VW).

https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/2040839.phtml</a

I guess my last question then is do the "Domed stops" (the big black washers) go with the open end
of the "dome" down with the nut resting inside of it or up with the nut at the bottom of it. With it down the nut goes on until you try to torque it down and then the socket comes off and slips due to the dome hitting the socket.
