does anyone have a pic of euro xenons shining on a wall?
I seem to remember that they looked quite perfect after I installed them but now that my dealer had to mess with my car, it seems there is a weak left edge which curves up gradually... maybe they twisted the capsules.

That's the way the Euros are, they're "stepped" or progressive to reduce glare . The best way...

...to check is to go out at night at inspect them yourself. If you can see well, then no problems and don't worry about the uniformity of the beam pattern: it does not matter what the light looks like aimed at a wall if you can see well.
It's also a good idea, after you have found your optimal beam pattern setting, to stand at a distance to make sure your headlights are not irritating to oncoming traffic. If so, adjust according, find that happy median.
I've never been flashed once for having my lights shine too high.
Good luck!
P.S. The attached picture is what my optimum setting looks like. As you can see, it's not even at all.

thanks for the pix
Your pictures show how my euro's USED TO look, but now the left edge of the driver's side trails up as if on purpose to annoy oncoming traffic. I'm going to pull out the assembly and check to make sure the capsule is properly seated and aligned to the projector housing. I'm pretty sure someone at the dealership messed with it because that side is now also vertically misaligned compared to the right side which is still perfect. They also disconnected one of my position lights.
And they didn't properly reinstall the front anti-sway bar bracket and turbo hoses, which are now both broken. This all happened at one of the largest Audi dealers in the country.

You can't expect the audi dealers to aim them right...
The light pattern on the euros is very different from the stock US ones. If they use the US alignment guides, the euros end up wrong.

well the Hella beamsetter is used in europe and the US
The TSB on using the Beamsetter says the alignment point is the bottom corner of the step... which both the US and Euro Valeo's have in the same place. The only difference is the inclination percentage which is usually 1.2% in the US and 1.5% in europe.
So basically I had a dealer align my euros after I put them in, which they did perfectly. Now it's screwed up after another dealer messed with them.
