Does anyone know if thre's any way to quiet-down an EVO intake?
(aside from taking it out and replacing it with the stock airbox or other )
I feel like there's a giant rice cooker exploding in my engine bay any time I step on it. STFA'd but no luck.
Any way to reduce the noise that thing makes?
Sorry for the question, but any help would be appreciated, and I figured this would be the best forum to ask....
Thanks guys...

turn up the radio.
I've never seen one, but there are some evo-style intakes that fit in the stock airbox. If that doesn't work, maybe build an enclosure that's more around it?

hmmm... i wonder why 2 seperate tuners
have specific codes for the evo intake.
anyway, i don't konw of any way to quiet-down the intake. maybe fitting a different type of cone filter? if you don't like the noise, just put the stock box back in. i never felt a major hp gain from this thing but have kept it because personally i like the noise it makes.
