May I inquire...? Was it your dealer or some garage that forgot to put it back on? I'm surprised
that I haven't lost mine as well with all the service work that has gone into my car - I did have wheel center caps missing one time - I always remove them before a visit to my favorite (not) dealer now...sorry I can't help with the part number - I am at work and can't get under the car tonight!
