Does Changing the Stereo System Void Warranty???
the guy at the dealership told me that changing the head unit would void the warranty of my s4, anyone run into this before?

Well based on how the guy at Audi was talking it seemed like it could be true
he told me if anything goes wrong its because of the head unit, since its connected to the alarm and the "entire electrical system" is all connected

You mess with your head unit and your head unit breaks,
they may not cover it, unless you recode it back to stock. You mess with your head unit and your turbos blow, and you're not chipped, I can almost gurantee they will cover your turbos...that is unless you had an N'Sync CD in the head unit. I think at that point they deny ANY service completely.
