I was putting Lexol lether conditioner on the seats and center armrest and just wanted to make sure that they were leather. The center of the seat (upper back area) and the headrest as well as the center armrest didn't quite feel like leather so I wanted to doublecheck.
If it is vinyl, then will the leather conditioner damage it? It looks nice, but the smell reminds me of when I was working in a lab in college and had to slice up rat hearts. The leather conditioner must have the same kind of perservative as we used for the hearts.
Thanks,
Reza

It just doesn't, to me.
It looks different than the onyx leather in my car. It feels different to my fingertips. Feels like vinyl. I guess I just always assumed that this was an area they saved some pennies on by not covering in real leather.
Eep, is my car a freak here? Did I get an A4 armrest or something?
