Does using ramps for oil change allow all the oil to drain out even if the car is at an incline?

When I changed my oil at 15k (more)...
I had the car up on Rhino Ramps. It seemed to drain all the way.
When I filled it back up, it took the full 7 qts so I'm assuming that everything had drained (and yes, I drove it off the ramps and made sure it was hot before adding the last 1/2 qt or so).
