Does your car feel slow when the oil temp is at 0 or really low?
I came out of starbucks at full throttle and in first gear, my car didnt want to go anywhere. At first I thought the clutch was slipping but the rpm's wasnt graduately increaseing.. The temperature gauge was in the middle, where it should be.
After driving around the blocks the oil temp went to normal 210f. Then I made a right turn and punched it, the car glued me back to my seat as I went through 2nd and 3rd.
My car is weird, sometimes its fast, sometimes its slow

WOT with cold oil is the leading cause of dead turbos.
Its slow for a reason -- nothing spins well, all you do is translate the effort to go fast into large amounts of wear and tear on all the engines parts, most importantly the turbos.
