Door latches stuck open. Lube your latches! ....(more)
Or avoid getting your car washed in low temps! I had my S4 washed this afternoon in order to have the body shops give me an accurate estimate. My car got dented and scratched by a car wash attendant with a metal nozzle of pre-wash spray gun the other night. Well, that's another story! :-( Temps in the teens today and dropped to the single digits tonight. Well, I am leaving the office at 8:00 pm and open the driver's door. It would not latch shut, and neither would the passenger door. Hmmmm... me thinks it's not too safe to drive this way! One person, 2 doors to hold shut, a steering wheel, a shifter..... Well, I started up the car and let it heat up for about 30 minutes. It finally thawed out, and I helped it along by manually working the key in the cylinder. I called my salesman immediately and he drove right over( 5 minute drive) and offered assistance. He was on the phone with a tech. Very good service, but as it turned out, I was on my way to sorting it out. Got it home to a heated garage for drying out and liberally applied Liquid wrench super lube.
I hope this prevents a snag for someone else.
