I've had both. Now running RS4 coolers...
I can't give any definitive hard numbers but i will say this, the FMIC runs cooler for sure. When I had the FMIC installed I could touch the pipes connecting to the throttle body and they were cool, like ambient cool. With the RS4 setup, the pipes connecting to the throttle body are MUCH warmer now after spirited runs. Like I said, I wish i could dyno back to back on the same day but no longer have the time or $$ to invest but I ran the FMIC for about 6 months and enjoyed some damn good torque. A friend of mine locally runs one and he has very good luck with his on a heavily modded Stage 5 S4.
