Dyno Noob, any tips or suggestions????
Never been to one before and will be going tomorrow. I assume its kinda straight forward but if any of you that have been on a mustang dyno have any suggestions please let me know, Thanks!

Find out what a Stock S4 did on that same dyno. Allow minutes between runs to cool...
turn off ESP. (nevermind, you have a '00)
If they didn't have a stock S4 on that dyno, then see if they had some other S4 and find out it's mods. The simplier (less mods), the better. You just want to have some reference point for seeing how your car did on that dyno.

just gives you a better idea since there are variations from dyno to dyno, even with the same model
due to elevation and other ambient conditions, etc.
It's just best to have a good reference point. Or if you are planning on changing anything on your car, to which you might go back, then that would also be a good comparison as you will be able to observe relative differences, regardless of what the absolute numbers are.
If they haven't had an S4 on that Dyno, I would be interested to see what another stock (or minimily modified) Audi did on the dyno. If no other Audis, then I would look for another stock car in the similar power range. For instance, a stock corvette. While the drivetrain losses will be different for those two cars, you can at least account for that to get some idea of how you compare.
In the end, I highly suggest finding out what other cars did on that exact dyno. That's likely a better comparison that comparing to another S4 across the country on a different dyno, IMO.
