Default E-code installation problems..... please help

I am trying to install euro headlights on my car. Everything is fine except when it comes to the blinkers. The pieces that hold the bulb in the housing are euro and only two prong but the connector on the car is three prong so it doesnt fit . I bought the US pieces that fit the three prong connector but these do not accomodate the bulbs that I bought from SPP whereas the euro pieces hold the bulb fine. What do I do?

that's stock bulbs w/ US connector. you want the euro, you'll have to rewire some.

Default So you don't have the Euro 2-prong connectors that mate to the euro bulb holders?

It sounds like you need those. You cut off the US 3-wire connector and splice in the Euro 2-wire connector. One of the factory wires thus isn't used (parking lamp) although it can be optionally connected into the e-code city light.

Otherwise if you need something to get you going for now, you can just run the US holders/bulbs in the e-codes.

Default he means the *electrical* connection doesn't mate, not the physical mounting connection

I read it incorrectly at first also and was going to point him to my page which shows how to twist it into place:

<a href="http://ctny.audiworld.com/mark/s4/euros/install/" target="_blank">http://ctny.audiworld.com/mark/s4/euros/install/</a>
(Scroll down to where the photos have A, B, C, D on each)

Instead, I believe his issue is that...

He has a bulb that fits in here (euro socket):

Instead of the S4 one:

And thus the plug on the vehicle side which has 3-prongs to mate with the black 3-prong turnsignal connector isn't mating with the white 2-prong Euro turnsignal connector:

Default I think for now you stick with having US blinking until you get the euro connectors. I would not

cut and splice just to retrofit. Contact Eric at SPP and ask for the connectors to the Euro bulb holders.
