Default ECS came thru on my ICs

I ordered last Monday and was not happy to hear on Thursday that a part number glitch meant they weren't actually in stock. I have a 2-3psi boost leak and wanted to get them installed before driving to MI for the Detroit auto show. They had the IC's drop-shipped directly from their supplier and shipped the APR hoses asap. Thanks to Adam at ECS. Now the problem is getting them installed with my hand messed up!

Default pull it out and see

if you twist both hoses on that side clockwise it should bring the ic a little lower, also bend the upper side of stock ic bracket upward out of the way a bit(the ic should sit just a hair under it .. with it in place it's not enough room)

Default Removing the stocker was tight, installing the RS4 was not bad

didn't move the AC condensor at all.

Putting the hoses on took about an hour (just to the IC's since they are so well made and tight.

Other then that, not a lot of gotchas that I can recall

Well besides the continued trimming of the plastic crap in the bumper, that was a PITA..

Just don't recall the pass side being that much more of a PITA except getting the stocker out.

Default After reviewing APR install instructions, I think I'll wait until I get back

I didn't realize how much cutting was involved. They show cutting the fender, radiator member, and bumper! Doing something like that for the first time will take too much time tonight. It looks like a real pain. They also show removing or modifying the stock IC support brackets. What do the RS4 ICs mount to? I know they can't be held in place by the hoses. I guess I should do this work when I have plenty of time.
