Default Failed CO emissions #4 should I just put stock DPs back in?

First tried to pass the rolling dyno emissions test in Colorado about 3 months ago. Since then I have failed 4 times in a row. Each time I get closer to passing. Here is the list of things I have replaced so far: removed the AWE S3 Fueling Kit and reverted to stock injectors, installed a new stock hitachi MAF, replaced the coolant temp sensor, all new O2 sensors courtesy of Zoldmann.

Still getting VAG codes 16805 and 16815 which are cats below efficiency. I am running a set of 400 cel GHL DPs.

The AWE S3 kit ran rich for many months due to bad O2 sensors, could this cause the cats in the GHL DPs to foul?

Should I go with piggies, stock DPs or try another aftermarket DP? I want to pass emissions and be done with it. I would prefer to go with piggies but don't want to put those on only to fail again. I can live with stock DPs on my KO4's if necessary.

Sounds like your cats are bad. Goto an exhaust shop and have them weld in some new ones.

Stock vs Chipped should make no difference during emission testing.

Correct, running rich shortens the lifespan of cats
