Default fairly new coolant tank leaking at seam: go away after bleeding / pressure or replace?

I replaced my tank about 4 months ago, and then last weekend did the aux water pump. Apparently I did not get all of the air out of the system after replacing the pump last weekend, because today I notice that coolant was leaking out all around the seam of the coolant tank. Tonight I bleeded it to get the rest of the pressure out. Will the leak stop now that the pressure is gone, or should I go ahead and order a new tank now? Stated differently, is the coolant system always under pressure leading to a leak at that seam, or is the coolant system not under pressure so the tank should seal itself back up. I can keep the coolant level slightly below the seam, between the min and max mark.

Thanks.

If you can't get it to stop, just break down and spend 30 more dollars for the new one!
