Default no the small crack between the bottom of the windshield and the front of the dash.

I tried digging, but you can only get so far and I didn't want to jam it down.

Default Try removing the knee board

Under the steering wheel, if it fell far enough, or you can push it down, you MAY be able to get at it from underneath. Other then that, drive behind Steve at the next midnight drive, then you'll HAVE to have your windshield replaced anyhow, so you can pull it...... which is what you'd probably have to do!

Default Turn the car upside down and shake it until it falls out

Seriously though, you might try something like a "slim jim" or coat hanger and try to fish it out.
