Faulty Headlight Housing?

Faulty Headlight Housing?
A while back my front right headlight xenon went out. I figured it was the bulb.
There was some condensation in the housing itself, however through some suggestions at AW, i dried it all out. Finally got a replacement bulb, however it didn't solve the problem. I even tried the "bad" bulb on the left side and it worked fine.
Any ideas how this could go bad, and what are my options for repair?
