Default Few questions oil leak and timing belt(vid inside)

While taking my clutch line out between master and slave cylinder I decided to check more stuff around the engine.
I used to have a bad oil leak from the oil cooler, got the oil cooler out the leak stop, well so i thought. I also knew my valve covers where leaking but while checking i see lots of oil by the compressor and on top of the oil pan.
Just oil every where look at the vid.
So i decided to take the front of the engine out to find where is coming from, when i took the timing belt cover off i notice the belt is very loose and on the driver side sprocket lots of oily/metal residue, completely different from the pass side.
I have no idea where all this oil is coming from any ideas? And is the belt suppose to be this loose?
I also think the back of the belt lost its friction surface, since i can move the water pump soo much.
Thanks<ul><li><a href="http://s101.photobucket.com/albums/m57/hdias4/?action=view&amp;current=Movie.flv">http://s101.photobucket.com/albums/m57/hdias4/?action=view&amp;current=Movie.flv</a</li></ul>

Default cam seals and most likely the tesioner gasket - dr side front

i'd redo the TB and put a new one on there and get everything put back to spec (pretension the TB and retime everything).
how many miles on that TB ?

Default when i got the car with 94k the previous owner said it was done around 70k

the car has 100k miles now. Do i need the cam remover and install special tools? any shortcuts?
Is it normal for that much slack and Water pump be moved by hand?
The other question is do you think is possible i jumped a tooth since the belt is so loose.

thanks
prob will do what you said.

Default nah the belt just streched .. get an OEM one from audi or VW not the aftermarket junk.

do the tensioner gasket when u have the front end off so u can get to it easier (taking the black TB back cover off ) make sure all the little bolts there are tight when done (use some lock-tight paste too to be safe), i'd also change the tesioner with a new one .. most do not change that when doing the TB.

Default Concur on those camseals. Had mine redone with the TB. Belive the residue is the belt shredding. See

the same thing in HVAC equipment... Mixed with little atomized oil and voila....

Default that dirt seemsa bit wet to me .. oil filled .

there no reason no to do those while there .. it should be visible if they leak , there would be oil right around the cam shaft .
