DC needs to follow the example too. I agree though, stiffer punishment.....
is required. Kids get away with way too much these days. I say put 'em in the Marines for 2 years per car they've stolen. ;-)

you poor boy--ALL laws CALL for punishment--it is ignored in the courts--CRIME IS NOT ILLEGAL thats
why people STILL commit crimes...if it WERE illegal and PUBISHMENT WAS ASSURED less people would commit crimes....not all but less
