Default Finished Coilover install. Please help.

I just finished with my coilover install and noticed something very wrong. Ride height is at 13.25 inches. The front, both shocks are bumping and I hear what sounds like threads rubbing up and down. I can repeat this by pushing up and down on the vehicle.

I did notice that the lower fork had some significant play between the fork and the rubber joint it should mount to.

I have run through every step and am pretty sure that everything was replaced and torqued correctly. Please help.

How are you measuring ride height? Can you give more details about your setup?

Default measure from the top of the fender arch to the ground.

that is what most use so it would be easier to judge your setup based off that.....if you're too low you could run into problems of bottoming out the bumpstops

Default If the bumpstops are bottoming out is it probable that they would make a noise resembling a screw

rubbing up and down

That's quite low. Try 25.5 and see if the noise goes away. You may be hitting the stops.

Don't know if this helps but the noise is being made on the way back UP.
