Default First k04/16 dyno

Dynoed yesterday on dynojet in CT. numbers were not that impressive, think i may try the new Revo software.numbers were 315hp and 333tQ on 93, with off the shelf sportec software, using all RS4 intake parts, maf, y-pipe and airbox (modded). Anyone else dynoed their k16 cars yet?

Default I dynoed yesterday as well, that's pretty close I think.

I'm GIAC w/ 93 and did 325/354. I still would like another 25 hp to be really happy... I've had Revo recomended to me for that extra umph. Let me know how you do, if you go that route. I've been looking for some solid proof regarding Revo.

Default That's like 400 crank or so. I'm not suprised considering how conservative Sportec shelf stuff is.

I bet tweaking could get you another 50 hp ;-)

Default Fueling, timing, and boost.

Of course, the best would be for Sportec to custom tune you. I am going to go out on a limb and assume you A.) are running lower boost than most B.) your timing is not very good C.) your fueling could be leaned out some and still be very safe.

The next best thing is making Lemmiwinks adjustments, but it seems as though some programs aren't as Lemmi friendly and don't take the tweaks quite as well. Custom tuning is way better because you can adjust within the maps instead of adjusting the entire map.

When I get a chance, I'll post a big write-up on some tweaking done this weekend. I took baseline runs of different blocks via VAG and then logged those blocks with Lemmiwinks changes. It should stir up some discussion, which is always good.

Hmm interesting. I was stg3- on my KO4s and did 310whp on 93 and it was in the 80s on 16psi.

I would have sportec custom tune the software for you...

Default Please, a Lemmi FAQ or the start of one would be great. There

seems to be no complete post that takes you from step one to tuned using lemmi.

Default Vasgcom log info from my car

I logged block 01 ang saw over 20% around 2300rpm then 0% with yhe accasional -2 to -6 to red line
if I am correct thi would mean i am lean when the accelerator was first pressed and then a little rich to redline. also the maximum timming was +3 with 93 octane. all other blocks 02, 20, 31, 34 and 11 all look within spec should i pull a little accel fuel? also there is a lot of burbble or backfireing between shifts or decceleration.
