Fluctuating RPM's when stopping

Fluctuating RPM's when stopping
I was wondering if anyone has seen this issue, when I push the clutch in to stop at a light or whatever. The car flutters a little and the RPM's seem to drop to around 500, almost like the car wants to stall. It does this for a second then its fine, and it only does it when coming out of gear to stop. Anyone have any ideas? I have Baily BPV's and Samco throttle body boot. Havn't put the new fhose in but that is my next step. Thanks in advance.

I just noticed I have had the same problem for about a week.
When I come to a stop, the car idles rough for about a second or 2. Then it's normal again. Should I just check for problems with a VAG tool?
