Default Follow up to "the" rattle...
I brought the car in....

and was given pretty good access to watch what was going on while the car was on the lift.

Here's what it came to...

HA! Just kidding! that was the car next to me.
seriously....
they looked... didn't really find anything, but when I took the mechanic out for a drive he heard it.

Sadly they couldn't pinpoint the source of the noise and I have to go back to leave the car. Doh!

One interesting sight while at the dealership was the A6. I don't know if this is anyone who frequents this forum or not. Nice car with Brabus wheels...

Default Any idea what that silver A4 w/ Michigan MFR plates was doing there?
Just curious.

We see those plates on prototypes and other company cars all the time around here.. (I live a few miles from DCX and GM)

Default VW has a lab in California, so no doubt it was one of those cars..
