Follow up to my timing issues.. Thanks to everyone who gave great advice
The car is back together and running well!
Back story; I had issues with my S overheating, I replaced the coolant temperature sensor and it didn't help, so I took a plunge and did a full Timing belt service, now the car runs well again!
Note on the timing service; USE THE CRANK LOCK PIN and pop the sprockets, I made the mistake of not doing either the first time and had to redo the entire thing!
