Default Ford Econoline van vs. Audi S4, Ford = winner

I was on the Throgs neck bridge yesterday morning at about 7:30am...all lanes were moving at ~40 or so my line was stationary. Me being the patient person I am waited for traffic to start moving instead of darting into another lane during heavy rains. I know the pics are really small and crappy but thats what a camera phone yields (mine anyway). You can see where the trunk is smashed in, you cant really tell that the bumper is pretty screwed up. Luckily I had my foot on the brake so the damage to my front bumper from the car in front of me is non-existant. If I had to guess how fast the van was going Id have to say about 20-25mph. He claims he was skidding then smashed into me. I claim he just wasnt paying attention. Anyway thought I would share...life sucks.

Default sorry to hear, this just happened to me 3 weeks ago

a hyundai santa fe hit me- I was going around 30 mph and the guy was tuning his radio and smacked me. There was no damage to the frame because the driver side absorber arm 'absorbed' the impact. The rear bumper was replaced and also the trunk lid.
