haha - oh, the car is put back together - - basically need to fill it with fluids, bypass the N249..
and test her out.
Leaving town today but should be able to get some testing done on Monday.
I figured the part about OB/GYN in combination with WW would have all the young S4 owners clicking. (Although perhaps they don't know what an OB/GYN is?)

thanks - - I'm just praying the car makes normal boost with the N249 out of the picture. Also.....
it's OK to just pull the lines of the BPVs, plug them and test it with no BPV hooked up correct?
I figure, I want all ability of the car to open the BPVs gone and there is no better way then removing the lines from them! (Got that idea from another Audiworld-er).....
As long as I don't go full boost and then quickly let off, I should be OK?
Oh, this is only for testing purposes - if it works, then the N249 delete would happen or I could just buy a new N249.

I would just try it as-is...
If that coupler was totally off the inlet pipe you'd have virtually no fuel to build boost with.
If it doesn't work after that, then I'd start screwing with everything else.
