front plate bumper panel....so, does it just pop out straight or what?

front plate bumper panel....so, does it just pop out straight or what?
is there an "easiest" way to get it off...i'm picking up my new painted panel tomorrow, was just wondering. seems like a 2 minute job, i just haven't done it before....any tips?

get two flat-head screwdrivers...
and cover them with duct or electrical tape so you don't scratch the paint. use them to pry the panel up from the tangs. i started with the bottom attachments so you don't have to fuss with the top side to much in case you accidentally scratch anything.
the panel is held in with some tangs. i can email you a digital pic of it this evening if you remind me with an email. or, once you get your new one it will be easy to see how it's attached.
