Default FULL AWE STAGE3, just doesnt feel right...

Now granted, I've had my fair share of PULLIN hard cars, but something about the S4 (2000) doesnt feel right.

I have the K04's, manifolds, intercoolers, bipipe, injectors, full twin exhaust, downpipes, MAF, snub mount, short shifter, boost gauge and JUST replaced all 4 02 sensors, rs4 clutch

However, if I race someone else with an 2001 K04 s4 w/ VAST's software, he WALKS ME. (Stock manifolds) but RS4 cams (which havent shown MUCH improvement). Rolling in 3rd @ 60, he passes me FAST.

With the old 02 sensors and CEL i was only able to clock a 12.9 and that was pretty much launching @ full throttle. I have not taken down to the track since replacing the 02 sensors, but its not an 11 sec car like the VAST S4 buddy that i have.

I have a vag-com and I recently downloaded limmewinks (havent used it yet). What blocks should i be logging? If i cant fix this losing problem, water injection is my next solution, but soemthing just doesnt feel right.

Oh and it hits 24-25psi and settles @ 22ish psi.

And if you are wondering, last AWD launch broke my rear driver side coil spring, in half.

I always I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions in advance.

Default AWE with no tweaks and 24-25 psi? MBC or N75 control?

I am full AWE Stage3 and am 21 spike taper to 19. I agree AWE Stage3 is not as fast as other's, it is just the nature of their conservative tune.

Default N75 Control... would you just recommend i fork over more money to VAST? I can adjust....

what is "conservative tuning" (for the basic stuff aka TRIMs and defaults) from the Lemmiwinks.

for 15k I dont want conservative, i want, asswhooping

AWE's off the shelf kit should *not* make that much boost. They aren't the fastest option, either.

VAST, ASP, and EPL offer both local and remote custom tuning. Those are bound to make you quicker.

Default Just from observation of logs from differnet tuners

it seems that those that are faster use 60lb injectors. I know I am at 100% DC at WOT with the 43lb injectors the AWE kit came with. That is the reason I have been looking to change fueling to another tuner that runs 60lb injectors

Default Well I dont know, i dont normally check

Hence the whole point of this topic. What should I start looking for? Obviously my injector cycle (unknown block) is one of them.

Default question: "Oh and it hits 24-25psi and settles @ 22ish psi." is that from your boost gauge or

some sort of wideband set up with boost sensor?

may be start with some logging first
