S6 avant is already a plenty quick wagon. Not many soccer moms would know the differnce or want...
to pay the extra for the RS6. I think it's too small of a market. The RS6 sedan will be the M5 equivalent that they're looking for and they're only making 800 of those.
Most of the people I see driving M5's are guys in their 30's & 40's and most would want a sedan over the Avant. I know it's blasphamy to say this on AW with all of the Avant nuts here but it's true.
I wonder how many and the ratio of S4 & S6 Avants vs. sedans have been sold in the US...hmmm. This would be intersting to know.
If they bring it great, but don't hold your breath.

No, but some people like to fantasize that...
a multibillion dollar company is going to care in the slightest about a petition by largely anonymous people on the Internet of all places to bring a car to the US that 99% of the people signing it either couldn't afford or wouldn't buy anyway.
