gas cap no longer lets off pressure when I open it, should I be worried?
car seems to run normally but I have noticed a dip in power in the low end. The car hasn't thrown a CEL other than a o2 code, the CEL comes and goes, replacing the sensor this week.

possibility you have a leak in the evap lines/check-valves
open the hood and listen at idle for vac leaks at/around the green valves on the top of the engine (passenger side). Usually it'll throw a code, though...
