Default Separate summer and winter tires FTW. Doesn't it only get down to low 50's in winter in socal

usually? Why would you even need A/S tires?

IMO, Bridgestone RE960 A/S > Michellin Pilot Sport A/S > Pirelli Pzero Nero M&S.

Default agreed... on them now (had RT215 prior to these) and they're great in the dry, but suck in rain.

especially now down to 3-4/32" which any tire would be but they were never good when the roads are more than just wet. but, what do you expect, there's no tread pattern to displace the water. it is what it is. a cheap dry tire. I'll buy again
