GIAC Stage 3 - Does anyone know the HP/torque rating, does this chip exist?
 

It's on the GIAC web page, but I can't get any info. Does anyone have experience with this chip in a friend's [;-)] car (Not the Stage3+, just the stage 3)?

If I remember correctly, the stage 3 is for high octane (read 100 and up) fuel.

the latest stage 3+ file is:

110gl01Z

"Z" is the code for that file.

It makes 20-24 lbs boost through most of the rev range! Mark is running it in his 13.2 sec 105+ MPH full weight (not stripped of seats, etc..) street car.

HP likley 350-365 HP with 375-400 torque- with the right bolt ons. Just ask Mark or AWE for the hardware. Marc ran it at the interantional drag wars. I was told it was posted here. With version "Z". 100 octane is recommended! Funny thnig is, how like stock it drives. Silky smooth. Not-on/off, huckups/DTCs etc..

Mark did find a way to get it to run on pump gas. And we have not been able to blow up his turbos. That has been the plan- so we would upgrade to some monsters!

With release of the AWE parts coming we will be making a street stage 2+ or 3 as some call it.
