Default Going with VAST fueling, WMS and EPL weren't even considered... *edited*

Both WMS and EPL replied to my "What fueling should I get post" telling me to contact them.

I promptly emailed them both, and have had no reply. I actually email EPL twice.

VAST has been awesome. Fantastic service, they're quick, and they're going out of their way to make my life a bit easier.

Thumbs-up to Prince@VAST.

Edit: Due to some confusion, I would like to clarify I didn't pick VAST purely for their service. I picked them because they have great products, good customer service, good pricing, a good reputation, etc. There are really two intentions for this post: 1) To give props to VAST whom I bothered more than any other tuner, 2) To put out there the (perhaps unpleasant) idea that some customers want to do business via email/web. And that's worth something to some of us. Nobody has to agree here, some prefer the phone. I'm just way more likely to buy something from a company that has a nice website and answers emails. Oh, and I'm not saying my experience with WMS or EPL is typical. It's just *my* experience. I've dealt with WMS a bit, they are great, Mike is really nice. I haven't dealt with EPL, but they have a great rep.

Does WMS even have their own fueling? AFAIK, they'd just sell you ASP fueling

IIRC, WMS is a dealer for both Autospeed and AWE.

Default my main point was that contacting them for fueling is entirely different

than EPL or VAST which sell their own kits.

Default I'm Price! :-) But I'm an EPL dealer. (edit)

To Number54: I'm located in MN and would be happy to work with you on an EPL fueling kit if you haven't given up on that option.

Default I have to agree! When I had my Clutch/FW issue Prince went out of his way to help me.

Every e-mail was answered usually same day. When I spoke with them on the phone they would help me and shoot the ish. It made me feel like I was not being rushed off the phone.

A++++ to VAST!
