Got any tips on how to keep the pressure tester on the y pipe ? mine keeps blowing off..

Default Got any tips on how to keep the pressure tester on the y pipe ? mine keeps blowing off..
i tried tighten with a socket then adding a lil air and tighten again still hasn't work..
It keeps blowing off and i cant pressure test my car . TIA

what psi you get it up to? do you hear any rushing air while pressuring up.. ud know right away

Default i get to maybe 5 psi before it blows off.. i've got it to 20 psi before but for some reason it wont
stay on again.. and i've tried a lot of times

i capped the blowby pvc.. no i dont have the oil cap off..

cap the pcv, take off the oil cap, dont pressurize to more than 10psi. shouldnt have any issues...

Default my guess is if its blowing off, then you dont have a boost leak..
Even if its barely connected, at 5 psi it probably wouldnt blow off, if there was a boost leak.
