Hello,

I picked up another B5 S4 last week that needs an engine. The guy before me blew it up with K04's and ended up just deciding to sell it cheaply minus the motor and front bumper. I found an A6 on craigslist that had a bad motor and a tiptronic trans. I packed up a ton of tools and went over to his house and pulled it out on the spot. I'm planning on selling the tiptronic. Not sure how valuable it is even being rebuilt recently but anyway, I turned the engine over with a ratchet while removing the torque convertor and all the sudden it just stopped turning. It sounds like theres a bent valve somewhere in the back passenger side. I haven't been able to do tear it down anymore than that yet but I will either tonight or tomorrow.

Here are some pictures of the car as it sat when I brought it home. Hopefully soon I'll be able to find all the other little odds and ends parts I need and either another motor (got one lined up hopefully for super cheap again...) or be able to repair the old A6 motor without too much trouble.
