Got EBC Reds for the track day this Saturday. Should I....

do the normal bed-in procedure for high performance pads? Repeated stops to heat them up and then cool? Or is there a different preferred method for EBC?

there are "bed in" instructions in the box

4-5 stops from 30mph
4-5 stops from 45mph

if I rememeber correctly
